An assessment of farm efficiency and profitability of adopted and non-adopted farmers in Kymore plateau and Satpura hills region of Madhya Pradesh

The efficiency of farm KVK adopted and non-adopted farmers (Rewa District) was estimated with 90 samples by Using non-parametric approach Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). To find the study revealed that in kharif season technical (under VRS CRS) non-significant different, while In Rabi VRS) significant but different. both scale allocative not significantly economic non-significant, economics different farm. It is observed from profitability data as size farms increases small to large income input-output ratio decreases cultivation rice wheat. Hence, used available resources more economically compared medium farmers.
